Individual Sessions

50 minute session with a licensed counsellor.

Group Therapy

2 hour session led by a counsellor. Price is per person.

15 minute Teams session to meet your therapist and ask questions.

Interns

Resilience Consultant

Individual Sessions

50 minute session with a resilience specialist.
$150 +GST

Please note that interns and resilience consultants do not have a regulated body, meaning they are not eligible for standard private health insurance reimbursement.

Many health insurance companies provide coverage for licensed counsellors. Check with your plan to confirm the coverage requirements

Direct Billing

We are able to provide direct billing service for:

  • Provider Connect (Greenshields, Canada Life, Empire Life, MÉDIC Construction, and SSQ)
  • Sun Life
  • Telus Health
